• Letters on a balance — not a subscription and not access to the site. One letter from the balance opens one emotion: a paid theme, a portrait, an opening timer, your own music, a secret word and the removed service line.
• Your first letter is free. An emotion on a free theme, without a portrait or other extras, publishes with nothing deducted — once per account. After that, letters publish from your balance, without a limit.
• The deduction happens once — the moment you open access and get the link. After that the letter is yours: edit it as much as you need, republishing deducts nothing.
• The balance is one: bought and gifted letters sit together and never expire.

You pay in Telegram Stars inside Telegram, through the Lunamur bot; Telegram processes the payment and your payment details never reach us. We may change prices, but that doesn't affect letters already bought.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Letters are digital content credited to your balance immediately upon payment; by purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and waive any right of withdrawal. If you were charged but did not receive your letters, or were charged twice, contact supportlunamur@gmail.com and we will correct it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

• A published letter opens by its link for 90 days, then it's deleted along with the photos and music.
• The link is known only to the person you sent it to: the address can't be guessed and never reaches search engines.
• You can delete a letter earlier — email supportlunamur@gmail.com.

• that the recipient will open the letter, reply or say yes — that's their choice;
• that the service runs without interruption: maintenance and failures happen;
• that a letter outlives its 90 days — save what matters to you in advance.

We answer for the letter being built and opening by its link. The rest is about people, not about the service.

• sending threats, harassment, insults or anything unlawful through Lunamur;
• pretending to be someone else;
• uploading other people's photos without the consent of whoever is in them.

We switch such letters off without returning the balance.
